Host an Event
Bluff Springs Campground is available to groups and organizations wishing to use the grounds for purposes that are in harmony with the standards to which these grounds have been consecrated. Fill out the interest form below and we will be in touch to discuss your event.
Cost to Use the Campgrounds
The following rates are valid for the current camping season. Rates are evaluated each year and subject to change.
Minimum Charges for Overnight Use
This fee does not include meals.
- June – July: $800 per night
- August – May: $500 per night
Note: To cover this cost with participant fees, the event would need 34 participants in the summer months and 21 in the remaining nine months of the year.
Meal Costs (per person)
- Adults/Youth (5 years and older): $10 per meal
- Youth (Under 5): No Charge
- Snacks: $1.00
Because congregations in the Alabama/Northwest Florida and Gulf Mission Centers of the Community of Christ support Bluff Springs through assessments and regular donations, they are eligible for decreased rates.
Availability & Reservations
Certain weeks are reserved for Community of Christ functions every year. Reservations are made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. You may contact the Manager, Tara Evans at (850) 256-2767, or complete the interest form below.
Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $225 is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the activity balance.
Peak Season Policy
During the peak season (June – July), an additional non-refundable peak season deposit of $500 is required upon booking for all reservations. This additional deposit will be credited toward the activity balance but will not be refunded.
